Re-Sending a Receipt to a Participant

This process may be managed by both Club and Association level Administrators

Participants may require and/or request a copy of a receipt for the fees they have paid to a club.

Step 1 - Open the Participants Profile and select Transactions in the tabs

Step 2 - A list of transactions will display.  Select the transaction.

Step 3 - From the last column headed Resend Receipt click on the selected transaction.  If you are unsure there is an option to View Receipt prior to sending

Note:  You will receive a notification on your screen 'Receipt Sent Successfully'

The receipt will be sent to the primary email address in the Participants Profile
