Clubs: NSW Active Kids FAQs

  1. How do I set up my club to accept the NSW Active Kids Vouchers through the National Registration form?
    • Clubs which have registered for the NSW Active Kids program will automatically have their registration form configured to accept NSW Active Kids Vouchers. All clubs which have been bulk uploaded by their State League will be automatically configured. For a list of clubs which are configured click here
  2. Will Vouchers work for all Products
    • No. Vouchers will only function for products set up as "Membership" products
  3. When will my club receive the money from the vouchers?
    • In February, there will be two payments from the NSW Active Kids program to clubs. This is expected to be on the week of the 14th of Feb and the week of the 28th of Feb. From 1 March 2018, reimbursement to remaining providers should occur within 7 days of the redemption of vouchers. Note: Clubs must have activated their account through Service NSW to receive to payment from vouchers.
  4. How do I activate my clubs account through Service NSW?
    • All club primary contacts should have received an email from Service NSW with instructions on how to activate their account. If clubs have not received this email, they should get in contact with Service NSW.

  5. How do I report on vouchers received?
    • Clubs are able to log onto Service NSW and report on all vouchers which have been transacted. These can also be reported on in the Financial Reports in LeagueNet
  6. What is the transaction fee on each voucher?
    • There is no transaction fee for Rugby League Clubs or Participants which transact a voucher through the National Registration Form. Normal SportsTG transaction fees will apply for all any residual fees and other products
  7. Can I transact a voucher directly through Service NSW
    • Yes. Participants can either transact the vouchers through the National Registration Form or Clubs can manually process these through the Service NSW Platform
  8. When will this system go Live?
    • From the 1st of Feb, vouchers will be able to be redeemed both through Service NSW and through the LeagueNet Registration Form
  9. How do i disable the active kids voucher question on the Registration Form?
    • Please contact support and we will liaise with our tech providers to de-activate these
  10. When in the registration process does the voucher get activate?
    • The vouchers is deemed as "Successfully Redeemed" once the participant is has completed the registration form.
      • If a club has "Compulsory payments" and the participant does not pay the residual registration fee, the voucher will be deemed as not activated.
