Resend a Clearance Email

If the participant does not receive an email confirming that the clearance has been approved, and containing a unique registration link the email can be resent.

Step 1 - From the Participants tab select 'List Online Clearances'

Step 2 - Changes status to 'Awaiting Completion of Online Registration'

Step 3 - To select the clearance click on the 'magnifying glass' icon next to the clearance

Step 4 - When the clearance opens click select the blue approved link

Step 5 - Check the participants email address and edit if required before clicking on 'Submit'
