The message I am receiving is “Request token invalid or expired”

This message may show due to the amount of time between having the password email sent and the link being opened. 

Step 1 - Try to reset the password again. 

Step  2 - If the error message still displays, delete the recent browser history and try the link again. 

Step 3 - If there is still issues select "Submit a Request" and provide us with as much information as possible and our support team will assist you.
