The player did not receive the email to complete the clearance

The following process should be used:

1.  Open the clearance for that player in the “List Clearances” section. 

2.  Under the “Clearance Approval details” click on the blue Approved link next to the club level. It will reopen the clearance details.

3.  amend the email address (above the submit button in the reopened clearance), and select Submit

This will resend the email with the Registration Form link to the players and update the email in the Players Profile.
