The clearance was Denied, but the issue has now been resolved

If a clearance was denied originally for any reason and the issues have now been resolved, the clearance must be re-opened at the level (e.g. club, league, division) where it was denied. 

Do NOT request a new clearance

This can be done by opening the clearance from “List Online Clearances” and where the “Clearance Approval details” are listed, click the “Reopen Clearance” option and complete as normal.
